NEENAH, Wis–Neenah Police encourage parents to talk with their children about the dangers of ice. That comes after several children were seen walking on ice in the area of Shattuck Park and the Neenah Public Library on Sunday afternoon.
Officers spoke with the children about the decision and made contact with their parents. The First Alert forecast calls for high temperatures above freezing most of this week.
