GREEN BAY, Wis–A new judge may take over the case of a Green Bay woman accused of killing and dismembering a man. The new attorney for Taylor Schabusiness wants the case transferred to a different circuit court for trial.
Schabusiness attacked her former attorney in front of Judge Thomas Walsh during a competency hearing last month. Her new attorney would like Judge Walsh to recuse himself from the case.
Schabusiness is accused of choking Shad Thyrion to death during sex in February of last year, then cutting up his body and hiding the parts around his mother’s basement. She is scheduled to be back in Brown County Court tomorrow (Friday).
