Things went from ‘Fantasmic‘ to ‘Flamtasmic’ during Disney’s ‘Maleficent‘ dragon fire show on Saturday.
A misfire happened during the show when the 40-foot, fire-belching dragon threw up on itself and got a taste of it’s own medicine.
No injuries were reported – aside of the Imagineers that worked on the dragon being super-bummed.
The BBC reported that, “…the cause of the fire remains under investigation, and for now, any similar fire effects will be suspended at all of its theme parks around the world “out of an abundance of caution”.
This is not the first time Maleficent has misbehaved – her head caught fire while sitting on a float during a parade in 2018 at Disney World in Florida.
