UPDATE: The state Patrol identifies the victim as Scott Valley. Alec Nelson, who was driving a semi, was not hurt. Investigators do not believe alcohol was a factor in the crash.

OUTAGAMIE COUNTY, Wis. — A Little Chute man is dead after being hit by a vehicle on Interstate 41.
The state Patrol says the 42-year-old was struck on the northbound side of the highway at the Highway 441 interchange around 6:15 p.m. Sunday.
The vehicle was being driven by a 25-year-old Green Bay man. His condition was not released.
Northbound 41 was closed for more than three hours while authorities investigated.
