Ugly Kid Joe are headlining a show Friday night at the Epic Event Center in Green Bay. It’s their first North American tour in 27 years! Cutter had a chance to chat with singer Whitfield Crane before a surprise appearance by guitarist, Dave Fortman.
Here, in the extended version of the interview, that contains material NOT heard on the Thursday R&C Show, they discuss the reason they took so long to again tour the states, their latest album Rad Wings of Destiny, the song “Dead Friends Play” (which name checks fallen friends and inspirations such as Lemmy, John Bonham, Malcolm Young and others) as well as the possibility of “gurgling back to Canada”.
See them Friday night at the Epic Event Center in Green Bay together with Fozzy and Pistols at Dawn.
Here are a few of the singles from the new album Rad Wings of Destiny.
