Do you sometimes feel as if you’re the only person at work, just carrying the load for everyone else?
Well you’re not alone.
An escalator in South Korea decided it had just enough of everyone walking all over it 24/7/365 and went on strike.
Most of the time when an escalator goes on strike it simply turns into stairs and people are forced to actually exercise but this time the escalator used a decidedly more aggressive tactic to voice it’s workplace displeasure.
It suddenly reversed course and turned an “up” into a “down” for a bunch of subway commuters that ended up piling up on each other.
And sure, 14 people in were injured in the protest but the escalator received a much-needed break and a possibly a raise (or rise) too.
