GREEN BAY, Wis–Green Bay Police report another rash of car thefts in the city. Twenty vehicles, primarily Kias and Hyundais, have been stolen since the start of April. That brings the total this year to nearly 70.
A recent theft resulted in a chase that saw the suspect, 17-year old Darian Pinchart, ram a police car with a stolen Kia before taking off at a high rate of speed on city streets.
He was arrested a short time later after the vehicle was found abandoned.
