About a week ago the social media accounts for the legendary late 90’s rock band Creed started lighting up with activity. The thought was since 2024 will be the 25th anniversary of the diamond-selling album Human Clay there was going to be a special edition or something similar, maybe even a Human Clay tour. Now that’s not to say that still won’t happen but the announcement they teased was that for the first time since 2012 Creed will in fact reunite but not for a tour or a Human Clay celebration but for a cruise! It’s called the ‘Summer of of 99’ Cruise.
The cruise features Creed of course, but also a bunch of other rock bands who saw the bulk of their popularity at the turn of the century. 3 Doors Down, Buckcherry, Tonic, Vertical Horizon, Fuel, The Verve Pipe, Tantric, Dishwalla, Louise Post of Veruca Salt and Nine Days will all be on board. It will also include a live Q&A with Creed that’s open to everyone on the boat.
Fans can sign-up for pre-sale access now at Summerof99Cruise.com and have their first chance at cabins on July 25th, with general on sale starting July 28th.
