WAUPACA, Wis–A Waupaca man that killed his girlfriend’s son will have a chance to apply for parole in 35-years. William Zelenski is given the mandatory life sentence for First Degree Intentional Homicide in Waupaca County Court.
Zelenski shot Ryelee Manente to death after confronting the 18-year old about exotic pets that had been stolen from him. Manente’s mother, Tiffany Powell, is already serving a 15-year prison sentence for holding a gun on her son before Zelenski shot him.
