APPLETON, Wis–An Outagamie County judge will decide in November if a teenager charged in connection with an alleged shooting at Erb Park in Appleton will be tried as an adult. The attorney for Cashmere Williams has filed a reverse waiver request to have the 16-year old returned to the juvenile justice system.
Williams is accused of shooting another teenager in the park last month. If convicted on one count of Attempted First Degree Intentional Homicide, he would face up to life in prison.
