OSHKOSH, Wis–The city of Oshkosh unveils design plans for the new water filtration facility along Lake Winnebago. The DNR has ordered the city to replace clear well tanks that are currently below ground level with above-level tanks.

Moore says they hope to choose a final design soon to comply with D-N-R timelines………….
The Oshkosh Common Council has approved up to $30-million for the clear wells project.
