GREEN BAY, Wis–A Brown County judge orders a teenage homicide suspect to remain in adult jail. The attorney for Sienna Pecore requested an emergency transfer to a juvenile facility for the 16-year old, claiming that her safety was at risk. But, Judge John Zakowski denied the request, pointing out that Pecore is being segregated from the adult jail population.
Pecore was 15 when she allegedly ran a stop sign at more than 100-miles an hour along West Mason Street and crashed into two other vehicles in October of last year. One of her passengers was killed in that crash.
Her next court appearance is scheduled for November 1st.
