GRAND CHUTE, Wis. — The Grand Chute Town Board votes to revoke the operating license of another motel.
The Quality Inn on W. College Avenue has its license taken away amid accusations that the owner, Hardeep Arora of Arora Hospitality, did not disclose a felony conviction for insurance fraud on his renewal application.
In May, the town board revoked the operating license of the former Rodeway Inn, which was also owned by Arora Hospitality. That decision was based on repeated health code violations, police actions, and several drug-related deaths and medical calls.
The motel has since rebranded under new ownership.
