MENASHA, Wis. — Menasha police are requesting the public’s help in finding a missing man.
Jorge Jara Cagal reportedly left his residence in the 600 block of Appleton Street shortly before 12:30 a.m. Monday.
Police say Jara Cagal has cognitive disabilities and undiagnosed mental health issues. Through previous incidents, he was found outside local businesses or walking near railroad tracks.
Jara Cagal is described as 5-foot-8 and about 130 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black sweater, gray sweatpants and socks. He was not wearing shoes.
Anyone who sees Jara Cagal should call 911 immediately.
