OSHKOSH, Wis–As the Oshkosh Arena is up for sale, its current owners are not paying their property taxes again. On-line records show Fox Valley Pro Basketball has not paid its first two installments, and owes the city nearly $322,000. Another installment of $155,000 is due at the end of the month.
City Manager Mark Rohloff will go behind closed doors with the Oshkosh Common Council tonight (Tuesday) to discuss the facility’s future……..
Fox Valley Pro Basketball filed for bankruptcy in 2020 and was allowed to restructure its debt. It has continued to struggle to pay bills. The facility has been listed for sale since mid-March.
