“The Red Rocker” would be a great name for an adult toy if Sammy Hagar wanted to inflate his ever-expanding, off-stage empire. But Sammy showed off some other ‘adult toys’ when he gave a tour of his Norther California garage in a recent Instagram video.
In the video, Hagar and bassist Michael Anthony do a walk-through with Sammy showing off his prized car collection.
The automotive highlights include the car he used in the “I Can’t Drive 55” music video and a 1960’s Ford Thunderbird that belonged to the late Ronnie Montrose.
Another of Hagar’s cars, a red 1972 Ferrari Daytona, also had a famous former owner — late adult film star John Holmes – if you want to tie in the wink-wink, “adult toys” headline tease. I’d also bet it comes with some decent leg room.
As previously reported, Hagar is starting to sell off some of his cars and if you have the means, I highly-recommend you picking one up.
