Authorities in Texas are mystified by a flock of sheep that seemingly appeared out of nowhere and are now just wandering aimlessly around an elementary school in Leander, TX.
Pictures shared by the police (below) show the stray sheep strolling sidewalks and streets.
Police still say they have no idea where the animals came from or who their owner is.
The police department did have some fun with their Facebook post,
“Do ewe know where your sheep are? We called Little Bo Peep, she said she found her sheep, and these are not part of her flock. We are hoping they will lead us to their home, wagging their tails behind them.”
Maybe they could revive a very effective Public Service Announcement that ran for about 30 years on television, “Do ewe know where your kids are?”
