Has Airbnb jumped the shark? Should they focus on customer service or be adding new features like BBQ’ing with Patrick Mahomes? I’ve read enough horror stories to think maybe they should make sure if there’s an issue with an airbnb rental that it can get resolved in a timely manner. I’ve also heard about insane cleaning costs passed onto customers. But then again, if you’re spending the day with Megan Thee Stallion, those huge cleaning fees might end up being justified.
