APPLETON, Wis. — A person is reported missing from Appleton.
Police say Donovan Xiong was last seen in the 900 block of N. Bay Ridge Road around 2 p.m. Wednesday. He was wearing a green T-shirt, jeans, black shoes and possibly a jacket.
Police note that Xiong does not drive a vehicle.
