One of professional wrestling’s iconic characters has passed away.
TMZ.com is reporting that Hulk Hogan has died of “cardiac arrest” at his Clearwater, FL home. He was 71. Hogan’s career began in the 70s and he wrestled for many organizations during that time, including Verne Gagne’s AWA in Minnesota. He would find his greatest success with the WWF (now WWE) during the 80s and is credited with being the face of change within the business during that time.
In recent months, Hogan began selling Hulk Hogan’s Real American Beer and toured northeast Wisconsin promoting it.
