I feel bad for the person who reported the Scholastic Book Fair semi parked outside of a school as suspicious. I assume they never got to experience the awesomeness that was book fair day where five bucks got you an armful of posters, books, slap bracelets and fun shaped erasers. October 15th – Village of Hartland
At 9:06 AM, a suspicious semi was parked across from South Elementary School. The person who called the cops did not believe that it belonged there. They described the semi-trailer as having large “Scholastic Book Fair” decals on it.
October 16th – City of Janesville
A woman was following some men on foot, but the guys were walking away from her. At one point, she removed her shirt and was following them topless.
October 18th – City of Janesville
A person reported that the marching band at the high school was too loud and wanted them “shut down.”
