At 2:30 AM A woman called 911 to report that another woman was talking about her, and had called her names.
February 3rd – City of Janesville
A man who had been previously banned after multiple theft incidents at the vape store, was back. He walked in, grabbed his photo off the wall near the cash registers, and told the staff that now they would not be able to recognize him next time. He left with the photo.
