Ozzy Osbourne wore a signature cologne for over 30 years, but he told very few people what it was.
Now we know that it’s scent Number 88 from a London-based company called Czech & Speake, because they just released a limited-edition version in his honor.
Number 88 is described as, quote, “a fresh, woody top note of bergamot and geranium, and base notes of vetiver and sandalwood.”
Unfortunately, it sold out right away, even though they charged $370 for a 100ml bottle. Sure its pricy but for good cause – about $68 from every bottle sold is going to the Cure Parkinson’s foundation in Ozzy’s honor.
Ozzy’s wife Sharon says, quote, “I’ll never forget that as soon as he smelled it, he said to me, ‘I’d like to smell like this for the rest of my life!’ And he did! Everywhere he went, he was known for it.”
