WAUPACA, Wis. — A Silver Alert is issued for a missing Waupaca man.
Theodore Nelsen reportedly left his home on foot around 3 p.m. Sunday.
Nelsen is described as 5-foot-10 and about 185 pounds, with brown eyes and gray hair. He was last ween wearing a green flannel shirt and jeans.
Anyone with information on Nelsen’s whereabouts should contact the Waupaca County Sheriff’s Office.
