Happy early 250th U.S.A.
On Sunday, a pickup truck towing a box trailer full of fireworks was found ablaze.
Fire officials reported that fireworks exploded in multiple directions as the blaze burned. To ensure safety, interstate traffic was stopped in both directions while crews worked to extinguish the fire.
Authorities said the truck driver didn’t have the required hazardous materials endorsement.
No injuries were reported. But bystanders were greatly entertained by the grand finale’ despite being stuck in traffic.
