The trailer for the documentary about the late Rush drummer Neil Peart — Neil Peart: No One’s Disciple — has been released.
In addition to clips of Peart being interviewed, it features scenes of Geddy Lee and Alex Lifeson jamming with some of Peart’s drum brothers, including Stewart Copeland of The Police, Chad Smith from the Red Hot Chili Peppers, and Tool‘s Danny Carey, all of whom were also interviewed.
There are also shots of Anika Nilles, who is filling the drum seat on the band’s Fifty Something tour.
Neil Peart: No One’s Disciple will premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival on September 16th, followed by a public screening on the 19th before airing on Canada’s CBC network on September 23rd.
