If you’re a fan of the 1985 comedy “Clue” you know that it’s one of actor Tim Curry’s best-loved films. But now after his recent passing fans want something more… for his lost scene to be found.
When ‘Clue’ was released in theaters, depending on where you were, you could have gotten one of three final scenes in which different characters were revealed as the killer. But what a lot of people don’t realize is that there was actually a fourth ending (partially) shot in which Curry, who played the butler, was the perpetrator.
Curry himself once said it was his favorite ending, but it wasn’t released because the filmmakers thought it was too obvious. You know . . . THE BUTLER DID IT.

And now, some people who made a documentary about “Clue” a few years ago want it released. They say that it was at least partially shot, because there are pictures from when it was filmed.
They wrote an Instagram post to Paramount Pictures, asking them to unearth it and release it, both for the fans, and for Tim Curry’s legacy. Of course, nobody knows if it even still exists. But they’re begging Paramount to look for it.
Hopefully the final ‘Clue’ clue will see the light of day in honor of one of the great actors of our lifetime.
