September 6th – City of Janesville
3 different reports of a man carrying a shovel and digging small holes on various properties. While the police located the holes, they did not locate the male subject.
September 7th – Village of Pleasant Prairie
A woman called in a noise complaint about her male neighbor having loud music. An Officer stated the music was too loud and had him the volume down. After the officer left, she called back because he turned the music back up, and was outside making “barking dog” sounds at her.
September 8th – City Eau Claire
There is a naked man wandering through apartment building halls. We can confirm he was high on meth.
September 8th – City of Monroe
A family having a birthday party for one of their kids set up a bouncy house partially covering the sidewalk.
