Someone hung their bike on a no parking sign. Literally, the bike is hanging from the top of the sign.

There is a couple arguing so loud about sports that the cops were called, these is an ongoing issue
Cutter: October 27th – Town of Friendship
A man was spitting at passing cars, but it’s ok cause he was just seeing if he could hit them with his spit.
Cutter: October 28th – City of Oconomowoc
There was someone listening to the Brewer game too loud
