Question: How did money end up causing a traffic situation in Oakland?
Answer: A funeral.
A family, on their way back from a funeral tossed $500 (all in 20’s) out the window and all over highway 880 causing a dash for cash and a couple near crashes.
Apparently, “…it’s an Oakland thing.” according to a family member in the car.
Thankfully the ‘Oakland thing’ it didn’t cause any additional ‘funeral things’ in the process.
