Police were called to the Subway inside Wal-Mart where a customer was threatening an employee in a dispute over black olives.
March 4th City of Neillsville
Police arrested a man they believe vandalized St. Mary’s Church, breaking numerous religious statues. When police went to the man’s home, they found him sleeping and when they tried to wake him, according to a police officer, “he became irritable and made weird noises I never heard anyone make before”. The man was taken to a hospital where he answered questions in “a raised demonic voice”. The man said he broke the statues because a voice told him to do so.
March 4th City of Brillion
A resident called police and reported a woman who said she was from Appleton parked in his driveway last night and indicated her pick-up was broken down. The man told police he let the woman spend the night in his garage and now she’s burning her clothing in his wood stove.

A resident called police to report somebody stole… their phone book.
March 3rd City of Waupaca
Police responded to a call from an employee at Dollar General where a customer had been in the back of the store for two hours talking to himself.

A man contacted the sheriff’s department after learning his wife opened a cell phone account without his permission.
February 25th City of Beaver Dam
A caller told police a man he knew stole his mud tires and is holding them for ransom.
March 1st City of Beaver Dam
A man called police because another man threw something across the room and struck him in the legs during an argument over cigarette filters. The man who called police was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
