L.A. Cops spotted a man in a clown costume standing up through the sunroof of a moving car and ordered him to pull over. Their orders were ignored, it kicked off a weird slow speed, 35 mile pursuit that ended at Venice Beach. There, the clown car driver jumped out and ran to the beach where he playfully buried (and high-fived) a beach-goer in the sand. Cops eventually arrested him on the beach.
