When air mattresses catch air, you get what one man called it the “great mattress migration of 2019.”
People in Stapleton, Colorado were setting up for a “Bed Cinema” event, where they’d watch an outdoor movie while in bed. However, stiff winds created a different kind of show.
“We were just sitting in the pool and all of a sudden, two mattresses flew in,” said nearby resident Robb Manes. “At first, it was confusing.”
In all, 50-100 mattresses went flying over the course of a half-hour. No word on whether the planned screening of “Back to the Future” went forward.
