A warning is out for those who go on the lower Fox River.
After nearly 16 inches of rain over the past three months the water level is way up.
The Army Corps of Engineers is increasing the flow to help manage the river.
Chad Shaw says the decision to double the flow started two weeks ago.
He says Lake Winnebago is about four inches above where it should be for this time of year.
Shaw believes people out on the water not paying attention to conditions can get into trouble.
