Kimberly-Clark volunteers spent time with some local lawmakers this morning, getting diapers ready for local families in need.
The Fox Cities Diaper Bank helps about 900 families each month. The United Way Fox Cities runs the program.
Kimberly-Clark spokeswoman Laura Welsh says the donated diapers are packaged into one-week supplies before they’re distributed around the community.
Welch says one in three families in the U.S. are struggling to provide clean diapers for their children.
It’s National Diaper Awareness Week.
