The Oshkosh school district and police are laying out what will happen, if students make threats.
Superintendent Vickie Cartwright joined city police and Winnebago County Sheriff’s deputies today to send a message. She says students need to understand that when they threaten others, or their right to feel safe at school, they jeopardize their own right to an education.
She says unfortunately credible and non-credible threats are on the rise, across the country.
Cartwright says students can be expelled from school. They could also face criminal charges.
