Waupaca County prosecutors are filing charges in connection with a deadly hit-and-run along Highway 10.
Felicia Lubin of Colorado and Marcos Tomas of Florida are facing warrants on counts of hit-and-run involving death.
Forty-nine-year-old Jacqueline Johnson was found dead along the road, in Waupaca, on September 15th.
Lubin is in custody in another state, and she’ll be extradited to Wisconsin. Tomas is still on the loose.
