Appleton police say the investigation into the death of a 60-year-old woman is over.
They’re recommending a first degree intentional homicide charge against a man close to Lee Ann Dorn.
They aren’t identifying the suspect at this time.
The woman’s body was found in her south side apartment in February.
Police in northeast Kentucky arrested Dorn’s son several hours after her body was discovered.
They say he was driving his mother’s car and he was drunk.
