A longtime member of the Winnebago County board and Menasha city council died last week.
Nancy Barker was 82. She was also very interested in local history, and she was a regular guest on the Good Neighbor Show with Kathy Keane on WHBY.
Barker spent 25 years on the county board, and 10 years on the city council.
