A group that’s fighting homelessness in the Fox Cities is celebrating its first year working together.
Pillars was created by the merger of three organizations.
Director of Community Engagement Scott Peeples says homelessness is complicated, and they weren’t just going to solve it when they joined forces. But he thinks they can connect people to programs more quickly.
The Emergency Shelter of the Fox Valley, Housing Partnership of the Fox Cities, and Fox Valley Warming Shelter merged.
