The Fox Cities Book Festival is getting underway today.
Organizers Rebecca Zornow says about 55 authors will be in the area for talks and workshops. She says it gives people a chance to hear about what went into writing books. She adds many of them hold question-and-answer sessions, and hold book signings.
She says the authors are from a variety of genres, including historical fiction and nonfiction.
One of the bigger names is Elizabeth Letts. She wrote the bestseller “Finding Dorothy.” It tells the story about the inspiration behind the “The Wizard of Oz.”
The festival runs through Sunday.
