Sheboygan police are identifying Roman Martin as the boy hit and killed by a city garbage truck Wednesday morning.
Police Chief Christopher Domagalski says the nine-year-old was riding his bike to school when he was hit at 14th Street and Center Avenue.
The chief says the truck driver was going north on 14th Street and made a right turn to go east on Center Avenue.
Domagalski says there’s an incline in that area.
