The DNR is concerned about runoff from Ledgeview Farms getting into Bower Creek.
The agency says liquid is coming from a feed storage area, and it appears it’s moving through the ground, underneath berms that are set up.
The sileage liquid can carry a variety of bacteria, including E-coli, and toxins that can make people and animals sick.
The DNR is working with the Brown County Public Health Department to investigate the impact.
