The trucks for “Hamilton” pulled out of the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center yesterday, following the Wisconsin premiere of the musical.
The show was in downtown Appleton for three weeks, and it opens in Milwaukee tonight.
PAC President Maria Van Laanen says the show brought people to Appleton from around region, and that helped the local economy and downtown businesses. She believes it was an incredible success, with a lot of positive feedback.
Van Laanen says they’re still running the numbers from the show. She believes from the first day tickets went on sale, until the final show on Sunday night, the excitement and energy never let up.
