Somebody filmed a guy in an office dialing the phone and asking to speak to Tess. He’s reading the name from a piece of paper.
The person on the other end seems to want more information so he says the full name: Tess Tickle. Apparently, they want to hear it again so this time he blurts out Tess Tickle… Testicle. That’s when he realizes he’s been pranked, apologizes, and hangs up.
That guy clearly hasn’t watched enough of The Simpsons.
