Arrests have been made in the murder of a Waukesha woman on the Pacific island of Micronesia.
Rachelle Bergeron was the acting attorney general.
She was gunned down earlier this month after returning from a run.
Her friends believe her killing was tied to her work.
It included being part of a human-trafficking task force.
