Police in a Milwaukee suburb say two men were in a car with a chicken when the driver was arrested for his third OWI.
Oak Creek officers say they got a report on Sunday of a man driving recklessly with a bird on his shoulder. When police stopped the car, they say they found plenty opened beer cans and full ones.
The pet chicken was taken to an animal shelter in the Milwaukee area. The passenger got a ticket for having open intoxicants.
