Governor Evers says he doesn’t have immediate plans to call another special session on gun laws.
But he says he’ll keep his options open in the future.
Evers called a special session in October to try to force lawmakers to take up two bills that would require universal background checks, and create a red flag law. Republicans opened the session and immediately closed it, without any debate or action.
