Shawano County’s new drug court is one of several that will get some money from the state.
Nearly $1.5 million was included in the state budget. Almost $110,000 will go to Shawano County.
The funding will also be used to create courts in Door and Lafayette counties, and support the Ho-Chunk Nation’s court. Seven other counties will get money to expand treatment and diversion programs.
