Investigators in western Nebraska say it’s a big deal to have possible remains, in the case of two missing brothers from the Seymour area.
Justin and Nick Diemel went missing in July while they were on a business trip to Missouri.
A rancher bought a trailer in Missouri recently, and found a tub with dirt in it. Lincoln County Sheriff Jerome Kramer says they believe the remains of Justin Diemel were also in the tub. He says they were burned, along with some personal items. But he says they found Justin’s debit card, with his name on it.
The suspect in the Diemels’ deaths, Garland “Joey” Nelson, will be back in court in January on two murder charges.
